Orlando Team Trip 2014 UPDATES
Chargers are Going To Disneyworld...
As you know, we will be making regular payments to the travel coordinator/agency "KSA" for our team trip. Therefore, we will be asking for player payments monthly. You can pay the minimum, laid out below, or more. KEEP IN MIND that player balances might change as we move toward our trip date based on final airfare, and fundraising activities. Please note that it is very important that everyone make their monthly payments on time. See PAYMENT TIMELINE and WAYS TO MAKE PAYMENT below:
February 13th - $250
March 14th - $250
April 15th - estmiate: $250 (may change due to final airfare and fundraising credits)
May 15th - estmiate: $250 (may change due to final airfare and fundraising credits)
June 13th - Final payment estimate: $250, again, may be LOWER based on variables/fundraising)
WAYS TO MAKE PAYMENT
1) CLASS REPRESENTATIVES will be at the high school on a designated day and time each month to accept payments of cash and check. For February WE will be at the school on February 13th (same day as parent conferences) from 4-7pm to collect payments. Please make sure your player NAME AND CLASS YEAR is included on or with your payment.
2) You may drop your payment off in the main office at any time. Please give it to the secretary in the office and tell her it is for the football team's Orlando trip and she will drop it in the designated Orlando payment mail box. Again please make sure your player's name and their class is included with their payment.
3) Payments may also be made by credit card through the Chatfield football website - go to "online forms/payments" on the left menu or CLICK HERE There will be a $2.50 convenience fee charged when you pay by credit card through the website. Feel free to ADD it to the amt you are paying or it will be deducted from payment.
Please do not send payments in with your player to give to the coaches. Your player may drop his payment off in the main office and ask that it be placed in the designated Orlando trip mail box, however please make sure they give it to the secretary directly and do not just leave it laying on the counter or desk
